   Trail's Edge is located in a small complex and while the directions may sound confusing, we are easier to find than you might think. You can do a mapquest or yahoo search for our location and directions...But I have heard the directions are a little off. Sorry but we will be closed to support and attend the annual Bicycle Demo Day helpd at Island Lake State Recreation Area on Saturday May 10th. For more details please go to the MMBA website link below.

This is a FREE event open to the public. it is a great chance to try out a new bike before you buy it. Cannondale, Giant, Specialized, Trek and other major brands...as well as some small brands will have test ride bikes avail from 10am - 4pm.

ClOSED Sunday 5/11/08 (Mothers Day)
We'll be close this Mothers Day to celebrate with our families. We will re-open on Monday 5/12/08 at 11 am.

Monday Night Fat Tire Social Group Ride:
Every Monday for our weekly Fat Tire Ride. The ride starts at 6:00 pm (with 15 min rule...Roll time is 6:15pm. This ride is all winter long and we ride a mixture of pavement, dirt roads, and some trails, near and around Hines Drive. A good light system is suggested. A great way to break the cabin fever with this social no drop ride, we even stop for coffee occasionally. The ride does get cancelled for inclimate weather. Feel free to call and double check before driving over 734-420-1200. If it is bad weather (rain) or conditions (too much snow) we'll be spinning indooors...

We'll be closed January 1st - But we'll be hosting our annual New Years Day Ride. All are welcome to join us (see below for details)

Group Ride Annoucment:
5th Annual New Years Day Group Ride:
Get the year started right with an easy paced group ride. This is a No Drop ride which means we don't leave anyone behind. We'll ride a social pace from the shop and do from 10-15 miles depending on everyone's spirits. We'll also be stopping at a coffee shop along the way to warm up and chat more about the upcoming season.
Ride starts from the shop at 11:00 am (15min rule)

Directions From M-14
Take M-14 to Sheldon Road Exit. Head North on Sheldon to 5 Mile road (about a mile north). Turn Right onto 5 Mile and take it down the hill to the "T" at Northville Road. Turn Right onto Northville Road and go under the RR Trestle and a few road hundred yards further is a "Y" in the road (Lake will be on your left). We are the last driveway on the right before the "Y". and Look for the small decorative light house. (734)-420-1200

Directions From I-275
Take 275 to the 6 Mile exit and head West on 6 Mile. (a little more than a mile and just under a RR trestle) take 6 Mile to Northville Road. Turn Left on Northville Road and follow this past the next light (5 mile) go under the 2nd RR Trestle and a few hundred yards further is a "Y" in the road (Lake will be on your left). We are the last driveway on the right before the "Y". Look for the small decorative light house. (734)-420-1200
